Our three-part childcare training is intended to inform, refresh and update child caregivers' knowledge and understanding of child development and care practices and to plan improvements and developments needed to raise standards at the child care and education program. Our training programs are highly comprehensive with the main aim of ensuring child caregivers are well rooted in core knowledge and competencies for early childhood care.

At the end of the onboarding session, childminders should be able to

• establish supportive relationships with children and implement developmentally appropriate techniques of guidance and group management;
• establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with families;
• support the development and learning of individual children; 
• possess basic pediatric first aid skills; and
•  demonstrate an understanding of the early childhood profession and make a commitment to professionalism.

The onboarding session is the first of the three-part training program and is a combination of online and physical sessions for a total of 20 hours spread across 3 days. Training is organized for a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 participants. Additional participants attract an increase in the fee per candidate. Training is held at the preferred venue of the organization.
